In this study, we investigated distribution of genetic lineages in Osaka Prefecture and determined morphological differences between clades. Based on morphological differences, we also judged the lineage of specimens collected previously and then inferred previous change of distribution of lineages. We showed that Clade B-1 and B-2 are distributed in Osaka Prefecture and that individuals of Clade B-1 were found locally, while those of Clade B-2 were distributed widely.
